For 6 days, we’ll share cacao, hike sacred lands, create with clay, and ride the famous Devil’s Nose train in Alausi, Ecuador. A retreat that’s equal parts healing, culture, and adventure.

I’m Barbara—a mentor, facilitator, and guide weaving ceremony, community, and strategy. My path has been shaped by being the eldest daughter of a single mom, learning both sacrifice and resilience early on. Heartbreak, cultural expectations, and choosing myself—again and again—have become my greatest teachers.
Today, I support women of color, visionaries, and first-gen daughters to reclaim their self-worth, root into community, and build lives and businesses that truly sustain them. My work bridges cacao and tobacco ceremony, mentorship, and business strategy—always grounded in accessibility and interdependence.
We are so much more than what we’ve survived. We are strong, soft, and sovereign.
