Business Foundations Support

In this 90 minute session, I will walk you through setting up the business foundation necessary at your unique stage of business. Whether that is setting up and learning how to use your email marketing platform, creating a financial tracking system, learning how to make posts for Instagram and TikTok, writing a job description and plan for hiring and training your first VA, I will support you every step of the way.

How it works:

Before we meet, you'll fill out an intake form so we can make the most of our time together and really bring you results.

During the 90-minute session, we'll focus on 1-2 big wins, the things that will make the biggest difference in your business and bottom line. I’ll walk you step-by-step through setting up the foundations you need and answer any questions you have so you can walk away from the session feeling empowered. You’ll have the opportunity to record the session right to your computer to refer back to whenever you need.

After our session, I'll send you an email within 24 hours with notes from our session and action steps / timeline for implementation.

We know that building out these foundational business systems can feel overwhelming (and often like learning a foreign language!) and our intention for this session is that you set up the systems you need by the end of the call and feel confident to move forward using these systems on your own or with your team and stepping more fully into CEO.

  • Social Media 101: Some things we can cover depending on your needs: what softwares to use to create your social media content, video editing 101, how to plan your content, how to repurpose content from live calls, posting across platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube), setting up your link in bio, how to use Instagram Stories for community engagement + to generate sales 

  • Tech Trainings: How to use ConvertKit (email marketing), SquareSpace (website), ThriveCart (payment processor + membership site), G-Suite (professional email, Google Drive)

  • Financial Set Up: Set up your business PayPal, Stripe account, business banking, financial tracking and basic bookkeeping spreadsheet, Payment forms (how to collect payments from clients) 

  • Hire & Train Your VA: Create a job description and job application, how to share the job posting, tips for interviewing and hiring, creating a contract agreement, mapping out the onboarding and training process (Note: if you want support with this full process, we recommend scheduling 3-4 sessions over the course of 2 months, with the final sessions including your newly hired VA) 

  • Launching a Free Workshop: setting up all of the tech for a webinar (opt in page, email sequence, tags), social media and email promotion plan, tips for running your webinar and more. *1 session will cover the map, 2-3 session for full support in getting everything set up

  • Business Systems For Teams: Support setting up project management software (ex. Notion or Asana), team communication software (Slack), Time Tracking Software for Contractors, Google Suite (professional email and Google Drive)
