A space to soften the armor, release the pressure, and reclaim your power, your voice, and your body. Through 1:1 mentorship sessions, cacao and tobacco ceremony, personalized rituals, and ongoing voice note support, you’ll be held and guided every step of the way. Whether you’re navigating heartbreak, a life transition, or a deep inner calling — this container meets you where you are and walks with you into who you’re becoming. You’ll receive two private sessions per month, opening and closing ceremonies, access to group offerings, and consistent energetic support.

This is about creating a life that’s honest, embodied, and aligned — not just in theory, but in practice. Spaces are intentionally limited to preserve the depth and intimacy of the work. Spots are intentionally limited to preserve the intimacy and depth of this work. H.E.R. is a 6-month energetic, emotional, and spiritual initiation, and it requires your full-hearted yes — including your time, your presence, and your financial investment.

Meet your Guide

Barbara Sánchez is a medicine woman, facilitator, and retreat leader who guides people into their heart and spirit through working with cacao, tobacco, and sound. Through her trauma-informed training, Barbara creates safe spaces where individuals can reconnect with their wholeness and self-worth.

Raised between New York and Ecuador, Barbara serves as a cultural bridge and currently resides in Cuenca, Ecuador. Her mission is to empower individuals to embrace their identity, embody self-worth, live in integrity, and break generational cycles that hold them back.

Her journey into personal development began at 17, and over the past 12 years, she has cultivated a deep understanding of healing, drawing wisdom from both ancient traditions and modern methodologies. With indigenous roots in the Sierra of Ecuador’s Andean highlands, Barbara connects with Mother Nature, plants, and animals through ceremony, ritual, and song. She has undergone extensive training and Master Plant dietas with Indigenous elders of the Sapara Nation in the Ecuadorian Amazon Rainforest, where she was initiated into working with tobacco as a healing medicine under the guidance of Manari Ushigua, the spiritual leader of the Sapara Nation.

Beyond her healing work, for the last three years Barbara has managed the back-end of two 6-figure spiritual online businesses. She specializes in launching signature courses, executing global retreats and events, and building sustainable, high-impact businesses. Barbara supports budding entrepreneurs’s to set up systems and lay the foundation for their business.

  • This is a deep, sacred investment in yourself — and I understand that life happens. If you’re unsure, I recommend booking a free discovery call so we can feel into whether this container is right for you. There are also 3-month options or ceremony-only offerings if you’re just beginning.

  • You’ll meet with me twice a month (75 minutes per session), and I’ll invite you into rituals, practices, and journal prompts in between that match your pace. This is not about hustle or perfection — it’s about showing up for yourself consistently, with heart.

  • Yes. You don’t need to have a “spiritual” practice or any experience with cacao, tobacco, or ceremony. I’ll meet you where you are — all of you is welcome here. This work is about truth, embodiment, and coming home to yourself.

  • This is a mid four-figure investment (with an option for a long-term payment plan) that I know will completely change the course of your life. I don’t include the price on this page because often our mind tries to trick us into thinking we can’t do something when in reality we can.
